The Client is responsible for the full replacement cost of any rented item that is lost, stolen, damaged beyond repair, or destroyed while in the Client's possession. If an item can be repaired, the Client will be responsible for all repair costs, including labor and materials.

Payment for damaged, lost, or stolen items is due within five (5) calendar days of receiving the invoice. These charges are separate from and not included in the rental fee.

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of any payments previously made.

For safety and liability reasons, all rental equipment must remain in the location where it was originally installed by Oh Heyy Creations.

Clients, guests, venue staff, vendors, or any third parties may not move, alter, dismantle, or relocate rental items without prior approval from Oh Heyy Creations.

Any damage resulting from unauthorized movement or handling of rental equipment will be the responsibility of the Client.

If a setup must be moved after installation has been completed, additional fees may apply, including but not limited to labor, mileage, transportation, and setup charges.

Oh Heyy Creations does not provide refunds due to weather conditions, including rain, wind, storms, extreme temperatures, or other acts of nature.

For outdoor events, the Client is responsible for securing an alternative indoor location or covered area in the event of inclement weather.

Certain rentals may not be suitable for outdoor use. Oh Heyy Creations reserves the right to modify or cancel an installation if weather conditions create safety concerns for guests, staff, or rental equipment.

Events located more than 50 miles from our service area are subject to a minimum rental order of $850 before taxes and applicable travel fees.

Additional delivery, mileage, lodging, or labor charges may apply depending on location and event requirements.

Rental rates, delivery fees, and service charges are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed with a signed agreement and required retainer payment.

All retainers and payments made are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within (7) days of the event date are not eligible for refunds. By this time, inventory has been reserved, staffing has been scheduled, materials may have been purchased, and other booking opportunities may have been declined.

If cancellation occurs, the Client may request to reschedule the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 3 months of the original event date.

Oh Heyy Creations will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date but cannot guarantee availability.
