Important Information
- You are responsible for paying the full retail price of the item you rented at the time of loss or damage, or the cost of repair and labor, whichever applies. Payment for damage products is due within 5 days.
- This amount is not included in the rental price.
Additional Fees & Conditions
- Rental prices are subject to change without notice.
- Full payment is due 5-7 days before the event.
- Relocation Fee: Additional charges apply if the setup needs to be moved after completion, including mileage, setup, and hourly labor fees.
- No Refunds for Bad Weather: We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please have an alternative plan in case of rain.
- Extended Stay Fee: Applies for rentals over 50 miles from our location.
- $750 Minimum Order for locations over 50 miles.
- Equipment Handling: For liability reasons, rentals cannot be moved after setup without our consent.
- $100 non-refundable deposit for orders under $800.
- $200 non-refundable deposit for orders over $800.
- $300 non-refundable deposit for orders over $1,500.
- $500 non-refundable deposit for orders over $2500.
- $800 non-refundable deposit for orders over $5000
- $1000 non-refundable deposit for orders over $10,000
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event. By this time, rentals have already been reserved, scheduled, and prepared. Last minute cancellations result in lost business opportunities, non recoverable labor costs, and logistical expenses. We will be happy to reschedule if the selected date is available.
(For example, if your event is on a Saturday, the last day to cancel and receive full credit is Tuesday.)
